Job Title: Director of Sales

Since its founding, Grasp Technologies has been at the forefront of data management innovation in the travel industry and today is also enabling innovation in travel related payments utilizing virtual credit cards.

Grasp consolidates data from numerous different sources and cleanses, normalizes, enhances and standardizes the data to help enterprises, travel agencies, and travel suppliers drive travel program design and efficiencies, produce reliable reporting and business intelligence, increase revenue and retention, and optimize vendor selection and travel ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve annual New Revenue sales target by prospecting and selling Grasp’s data management and business intelligence solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Engineers, Product Engineering, Data Services and the leadership team.
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities
  • Understand prospect difficulties and develop a value proposition specific to their needs and business goals
  • Navigate complex procurement cycles with multiple stakeholder sign offs including executives, legal, information security, etc.
  • Accurately forecast sales results and revenue achievement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales and business development
  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience; Travel Tech software experience preferred
  • A proven track record of achieving individual sales quotas
  • Ability to develop, implement and execute an enterprise sales strategy
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar sales tools
  • Familiarity with the Solution Selling, Selling Through Curiosity, and Challenger sales methodologies and frameworks
