Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures and processes. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, project management software, and database software.
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; and eight to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least three to five years’ travel technology and industry experience preferably on a global scale

- Ability to uncover the client’s needs and tie to Grasp products and services
- Strong relationship building skills, that include global awareness, both globally and culturally, can influence and assist them in vital decision making, and builds strong connections with all levels, from the chief executive officer to the front lines
- Builds strong relationships internally across all departments, including virtual, ensuring a cross functional approach to client, and project management
- Trained in meeting facilitation, and outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and representing Grasp at industry events
