Juliann Pless joined CSI in 2010 holding several different roles in client support and travel services during her tenure. In her current position, Juliann oversees the sales and operations of the company’s travel solution, CSI Travel.
Juliann has successfully managed the team responsible for the growth of CSI Travel by establishing strategic partnerships, building brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement. The success of CSI Travel can be attributed to Juliann’s superb leadership ability, expertise in corporate travel payment solutions, and ongoing dedication to the program.
April Simpson
Corporate Travel Advisor at Corporate Travel Management
April Simpson brings 21 years of travel industry experience to Corporate Travel Management. April is an ASTA Verified Travel Advisor who started her career in travel in 1999. She was an onsite agent for one of CTM’s accounts for 15 years, then transitioned to CTM staff in 2016. She is the in-house travel manager for a Global account. While specializing in Corporate Travel, April is an avid cruiser. Her favorite destinations are Barbados and Curacao. When she isn’t working, she spends time with her husband Paul, two wiener dogs Stewie and Brian, her grown daughters, and her six grandchildren.
Stacey Mack
Senior Sales Director, Virtual Payments at Grasp Technologies
Stacey Mack is a 20 plus year Travel Industry Veteran with diverse experience leading sales for Back Office, CRM, and other Travel Technology Solutions. She worked for Trams and Sabre Travel Network from 1996 to December of 2016 as a Solutions Sales Manager. In January 2017, she joined Grasp Technologies as a Director of Strategic Sales. Stacey is currently selling new accounts and performing account management for GraspPAY, Grasp Technologies Virtual Card Solution, and other products in the Grasp Solution Suite as the Senior Sales Director for Virtual Payments. Her passion is truly bringing two things she loves together…Travel and Technology.
